The Complete Grace Hopper 2025 Career Fair Company List (I Went Booth-by-Booth Through the App So You Don't Have To)
Last Updated: November 1, 2025
Planning which companies to prioritize at the Grace Hopper Talent Expo? Same.
Here's the problem: the official GHC sponsor list doesn't include everyone who'll actually be at the career fair. So I did what any engineer preparing for their 5th Grace Hopper would do—I opened the app and went through the entire expo map, booth by booth, documenting every single company.
Two hours and one very detailed spreadsheet later, here's the complete list.
Why This List Matters
The GHC career fair is overwhelming. Hundreds of booths. Thousands of attendees. Lines everywhere. You can't hit them all, and you shouldn't try.
What you should do: Research your target companies before you arrive, plan your booth route strategically, and have meaningful conversations instead of collecting business cards like Pokémon.
This list helps you do that.

Strategy Tips for the Career Fair
Don't Do This:
❌ Ask "are you hiring?" (they're at GHC - likely yes) ❌ Say "tell me about your company" (that's what their website is for) ❌ Hand over a resume with zero context ❌ Try to hit every single booth ❌ Collect swag instead of connections
Do This Instead:
✅ Lead with specific interest: "I saw your recent work on [specific project]. I'm curious about [technical question]..." ✅ Share relevant experience: "I worked on a similar problem at [company] where we approached it by..." ✅ Ask about team culture: "What does a typical project lifecycle look like for your ML team?" ✅ Request concrete next steps: "Can we schedule a 20-minute call next week to discuss this further?" ✅ Follow up within 24 hours with personalized messages
My Personal Focus Areas
Since you're reading this, here's what I'm specifically looking for at GHC:
Companies working on:
AI ethics and responsible ML implementation
Educational technology using AI
Teams with strong mentorship programs (I've mentored FIRST Robotics for 15+ years)
Organizations that actually demonstrate diversity commitments, not just talk about them
What I bring:
AI/ML graduate student with focus on ethical AI
Software engineering experience at Boeing and IBM
15+ years of technical mentorship and education
Unique perspective on building inclusive tech teams
If you're at one of these companies and our interests align, let's actually talk. DM me on LinkedIn or find me at GHC.
Found This Helpful?
If this saved you hours of app-scrolling and planning time, share it with other GHC attendees. The more prepared we all are, the better conversations everyone will have.
And if you're at Grace Hopper and want to compare notes on which booths are worth the wait, which recruiters are actually helpful, or where the shortest coffee lines are—find me there.

See You There
This is my 5th Grace Hopper. I've learned that the magic isn't in hitting every booth or every session—it's in having a handful of meaningful conversations that open unexpected doors.
This list is your starting point for making that happen.
Let's make GHC 2025 count.
